Pricing
All prices listed are quoted FOB Swift Motorsports, Norwich, CT. All prices guaranteed
to be correct at time of publishing, except for typographical errors. All prices
and specifications are subject to change without notice, therefore always check
prices
before purchase.
Payment
All orders must be prepaid by cashiers check, certified check, money order,
or credit card. Personal checks are not accepted. Prepayment made by regular
company check will be held until it clears before merchandise can be shipped.
International shipments must be prepaid in US dollars. Domestic payments must
include the shipping costs in addition to the cost of merchanise.
Back Orders
If Swift Motorsports is unable to immediately fill the entire order, the balance
of the shipment will be placed on back order. Parts in stock will be sent immediately
unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders must be cancelled
by the customer or will be automatically shipped upon their availablility.
Warranty Policy
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse,
negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Swift Motorsportsis only
subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to
submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement
of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and
handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims.
There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, and engine
parts. Check your state and local laws regarding the use on any parts. Swift
Motorsports Customers will acknowledge and agree to this stipulation once the
transaction has been made with Swift Motorsports.
It is the customer’s responsibility to retain any and all invoices for
their record and warranty claims. |
